Hand-poured and packaged, our milk and dark chocolate is crafted from the top 10% of cacao beans in the world. Founded by a mother-daughter duo, we are a woman-owned business blending fine art, horses, and chocolate into every bar.



Crafted with care, our chocolate is made from ethically sourced, single-origin cacao combined with organic cane sugar and—when creating milk chocolate—pure milk powder. Nothing unnecessary, nothing artificial. We work with a dedicated chocolate maker who produces in small batches to honor the integrity and complexity of every bean. The result is chocolate that’s rich in flavor, clean in composition, and elevated in presentation.
“Bean-to-bar” means starting with dry, fermented cacao beans—the raw form where chocolate begins. From roasting and grinding to tempering and molding, our chocolate makers handle the entire process in-house with attention to detail at every step. We use only the top 10% of cacao beans available worldwide, sourced through ethical partnerships that prioritize quality and fair pay for farmers. Every decision in this process is intentional—from the origin of the beans to the roast profile—ensuring that each bar delivers both character and integrity.
