For years, my mom, equestrian sculptor Tammy Tappan, heard the same question in her studio: “Is that chocolate?” The rich clay really did look like it. Eventually, the idea stuck—what if her art truly became chocolate?

That’s where I come in. I’m Taylor, Tammy’s daughter and the founder of Equestrian Chocolate Company. With my background in food and her artistry, we’ve created something original: elegant chocolate bars molded from Tammy’s sculptures, crafted with simple, high-quality ingredients.

At its core, our company is about connection, creativity, and a little wonder. We want every bar to feel like more than chocolate—a piece of art you can savor.
